("Meridian" or the "Company") (OTCBB:MRDAF) is pleased to announce that it will be attending the 20th Annual Korean International Medical and Hospital Equipment Show ("KIMES") that begins on March 19, 2004. KIMES is the largest and longest-running medical equipment show in Southeast Asia. This annual event has been the one of the most important and successful marketing instrument for the Company. The last KIMES event covered an area of 23,184 square feet, exhibited 622 companies from 34 countries, with over 52,000 traders and visitors attending the show to inspect the cutting-edge medical technology. The Company is looking forward to showcasing its products to its highly qualified audience that comes specifically to see and learn more about medical, surgical, pharmaceutical, hospital accommodation, medical information systems and related medical equipment.
